Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Duties

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to our product offerings.

Skills

  • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in auto spare parts sales environments.
  • Strong account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in upselling techniques to enhance customer value.
  • Familiarity with inside sales processes and strategies.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,961.00 - $84,130.00 per year
