The Champs Agency is a newly formed Allstate insurance agency in Delaware, OH, set to open on October 1st. Our mission is to empower Ohio champions by offering comprehensive insurance solutions that protect what matters most and build lasting relationships. We are more than just an insurance provider; we are committed to strengthening families and communities. Starting with a team of 5 to 10 staff members, we aim to grow and become the preferred insurance agency in the area.


As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative at The Champs Agency, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our mission. Your primary focus will be generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and providing exceptional service to our community. This position offers a base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities, with total compensation starting at $36,000 annually. As we grow, there will be opportunities to advance to senior producer or supervisor roles based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling to existing customers.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads from various sources.
  • Offer Allstate products that meet customers needs, helping to protect their families and assets.
  • Serve your local community by preparing them for lifes uncertainties.
  • Educate prospective customers on the benefits of insurance coverage.
  • Provide a positive and memorable customer experience.

Requirements
  • Strong interest in a sales career, with previous sales experience preferred.
  • Willingness to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) upon hire (existing license is a plus!).
  • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
  • Ability to multi-task, follow through, and follow up effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
