Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth. This is a key role that requires excellent communication, leadership, and sales skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify areas for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and meet revenue targets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management
- Address client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Staffing sales, technical sales, or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage accounts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,723.74 - $90,721.06 per year
