Job Description

As a Sales Representative at Norsteel, you will play a crucial role in our operations, working with a strong clientele base in North America. Upholding professionalism, you will provide our clients with comprehensive proposals and educational approaches, ensuring they make informed decisions. Your role will involve building lasting relationships with our clients and offering follow-up after-sales service for years after purchases.

Your role is crucial as you are the primary point of contact between our business and our customers. It's essential to understand the significance of this position and the impact you can make.

- Ensuring customers have the correct products and services

- Identify new markets and customer leads

- Pitching prospective customers

You will be tasked with:

- Answering the phones with customers' inquiries while also

- Monitoring the competition while

- Creating and maintaining good customer relations

- Pursuing new sales opportunities

Your innovative ideas will shape our Easybuild Foundation Kits, designed to simplify our clients' building process. You will also provide Traditional Foundation Kits for our clients who prefer the traditional foundation approach.

Qualifications

For the Sales Representative at Norsteel Buildings Limited, please note that Education requirement is a minimum of either an OSSD (Ontario Secondary School Diploma) or GED (General Educational Development) for this position. Minimum of three years of experience in sales.

This candidate needs to possess combination of soft, technical and interpersonal skills:

- Motivation - Knowledgeable on MS Office & CRM Practices

- Communication - Able to Learn new technologies

- Leadership abilities - Ability to create & deliver presentations

- Proactive - Problem Solving Skills

- Customer service - Previous track record in sales

- Positive Attitude - Negotiation & Selling Skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
  • sales: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
