PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Account Executive is a pivotal role within our organization, situated in Florida, tasked with fostering and managing client relationships while promoting Class Valuation's services. This individual will engage with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and position our company as a trusted advisor. Exceptional communication skills are vital, as interactions will occur through various mediums, including phone calls and emails. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience, problem-solving prowess, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Collaboration with internal departments is essential to ensure client success, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges is paramount. The Account Executive will uphold our brand's reputation, exceed service level expectations, and contribute to our organizational goals through networking, negotiation, and enthusiastic engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Tasks:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and promoting Class Valuation's services.
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and preserving our company's reputation.
  • Position oneself as a trusted advisor, demonstrating ownership and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Promote Class Valuation's products and services, aligning them with client objectives.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to internal teams, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Uphold the company's brand image and values through all interactions.
  • Meet or exceed service level expectations and proactively address potential issues.
  • Monitor communication channels and respond promptly to inquiries and escalations.
  • Embrace learning and development opportunities to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
  • Exemplify positive organizational health and core value behaviors.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.
  • Maintain regular attendance as a requirement.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience in a similar sales or customer service role.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiation principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate approach to customer engagement.
  • Networking and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Quick learner with the ability to apply new knowledge effectively.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
SCHEDULE:
10:00 am - 7:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST)
