This role will focus on vertical construction projects such as hospitality, towers, and multifamily buildings. Responsibilities:
- Follow up on provided leads to explore potential opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with building owners and property managers.
- Generate leads and expand professional network through community networking.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with customers to finalize contracts and facilitate project production.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales goals.
