Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Regional Sales Representative (Western Canada & US) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned region, developing strong relationships with new and existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in your region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify gaps and perform detailed needs assessment in coordination with purchase department to develop an end-to-end sale plan
- Prepare and submit bid to customers’ RFQ/RFPs and prepare purchase order from customers.
- Consultative approach and provide expert knowledge and advice on our large machinery wear parts to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer orders and inquires.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to network and promote our products.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Provide feedback on consumer insights to product and marketing departments to optimize existing content.
- Travelling within the region is required for this role.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the machinery or industrial parts sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
