1. Assistant General Manager (AGM)
2. Sales and Business Development Manager
3. Admin and Marketing Specialist

Improve hotel sales, brand standards, marketing, operations, impact bottom line and manage admin tasks on multiple franchise hotels.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
- Manage and supervise hotel staff, including training and development
- Assist with budgeting and financial management
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Assist with human resources functions, such as hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Qualifications:
- Previous IHG, Opera experience in hotel management or a similar role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel reservation software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
