Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Account Representative to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will oversee existing accounts, facilitate upgrades, and provide comprehensive support through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions in Los Gatos, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact
- Coordinate account upgrades and expansions in line with client needs and company objectives
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Resolve inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and professionally
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for account enhancement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Stay abreast of product updates, industry trends, and best practices to better assist clients
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or account management roles preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and providing effective solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
