Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid model – primarily in-office with potential for flexible remote days based on performance)
Job Description: The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving the revenue growth of Wellfit Technologies by closing sales and developing relationships with new and existing customers. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong capability in handling sales negotiations and closing deals efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Actively call on assorted leads through robust outbound sales initiatives, including cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and leveraging professional networking sites like LinkedIn.
- Drive the sales process from initial contact through to closing, focusing on generating and closing high-quality leads.
- Utilize advanced closing techniques to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend products that will meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to decision-makers, highlighting the benefits and advantages of our products.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to the management team.
- Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and approaches based on market feedback and outcomes.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify further sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- 3+ years of sales experience, with a strong focus on closing sales in a competitive market environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales software tools.
- Resilient and driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
