As a customer service and sales representative, you will be the face of exciting brands. You will be assisting a range of customers during the sales process, resolving inquiries, and providing expert guidance with a welcoming smile at promotional events and retail locations in allocated sites in Orlando, FL. Your main goal is to help the customers choose the right products/services for them, upselling where possible.
Duties:
Some of the main duties for the customer service and sales representative will include:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area environment.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assist with merchandising and promotional activities.
- Stay up-to-date on product features, promotions, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales objectives.
- Uphold company standards for customer service excellence.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
