Commission Sales Representative - Cloud, Telecom, AI Solutions, and Energy Managed Services

Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Commission Sales Representative specializing in Cloud, Telecom, AI Solutions, and Energy Managed Services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Prospect, qualify, and cultivate new leads within the assigned territory to expand our customer base. Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client challenges and present tailored solutions.
  • Solution Selling: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our Cloud, Telecom, AI, and Energy Managed Services offerings to prospective clients. Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their ongoing technology and energy needs. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account potential.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline and activity levels to meet and exceed sales targets. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry developments, product enhancements, and market trends to enhance your sales effectiveness and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Leadership Development: Aspire to grow within the organization by demonstrating leadership qualities, taking initiative, and contributing to the success of the sales team and company as a whole.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in commission-based sales roles, preferably in Cloud, Telecom, AI, or Energy Managed Services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Passion for technology and energy solutions, with a desire to learn and adapt to new developments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales is advantageous.

Pay: $79,295.00 - $93,892.00 per year
