- Accountable for conducting 150-200 cold calls per week.
- Generate meetings with potential clients that result in partnerships.
- Participate/run assigned trade shows and oversee booths.
- Establish and maintain great relationships with potential clients across various levels of management.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to our existing clients.
- Perform service demonstrations and presentations, negotiate, and finalize sales agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data for areas of improvement.
- Participation in sales training and professional development programs.
- Possess strong organizational skills and effective time management to prioritize projects and workload.
- Set personal and company sales goals, strategies, and objectives/plans that align with Quantum’s goals and track and measure results.
- Achieve sales goals using defined sales processes and tools.
- Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as directed.
- Network and build long-term relationships, both internal and external.
- Manage and grow current client accounts while growing new client accounts.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic records of all prospecting activities utilizing CRM software including the data entry of established contacts, sales calls and presentations performed, closed sales achieved, and other follow-up activities

Travel: 35-40% - Covering a nationwide territory
Hours: Full Time – Monday through Friday
Pay: Base (No Commission)
