Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Executive to spearhead the growth of our Rentals Division. This role will primarily focus on expanding our rental business by actively prospecting new customers. The perfect candidate will be a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit, who is obsessed with customer success, and is energised by a high performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with current customers to increase revenue & units on rent.
- Generate leads, cold call prospects, and continually work sales funnel, converting leads to wins.
- Actively engaging businesses within your target market - site visits, industry events, cold calls, etc.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Extensive sales experience.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Emboldened by challenges.
About you:
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.
- Knowledge of the local business environment, particularly in manufacturing, container business.
- Ability to build and manage relations at all levels both within the company and clients.
- Excellent computer literacy and communication skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Up to 70% travel required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $66,560.00 - $75,000.00 per year
