Requirements
What you'll do

You will be collaborating closely with our Outside Sales Team to help formulate and execute on our partner ecosystem strategy aimed at supporting achievement of geographic, vertical, and revenue expansion goals.

You will engage with potential partner organizations, educate them on product/service offerings and partnership programming, and explore mutual business benefits. When the right mutual fit is discovered, you’ll sign new partners up so they can become official members of our partner network. Once signed, you’ll work with new partners to formulate an initial enabling strategy and ramp plan.

You will work with new partners to align on overall mutual sales, marketing, and business development goals, then help develop a set of metrics to track the progress and success of their team(s) to ensure we're always mutually on-track and improving.

You will familiarize partner organization leadership and sales teams on Luxer One’s sales enablement tools, deal registration requirements, and record keeping processes.

You will partner with your peers in delivering solid onboarding programming for newly-signed partners as well as ongoing training and enablement to help their organizations continue to build upon their skills, become increasingly confident and successful in selling Luxer One’s products and services into their sales networks, and create and track sales pipelines aligned with mutually-agreed upon goals.
- You will be the go-to resource for new partners, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) while also motivating and inspiring them to do the same. Ideally, you are an adept relationship builder, an effective communicator, and an enthusiastic individual who leads by example and doesn’t hesitate to jump into sales conversations to support partners and their teams whenever needed.
Requirements

8+ years of experience in business development, key accounts, and/or sales management roles, with proven performance as an effective salesperson and leader of people.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Ability to collaborate and work well with cross-functional teams to optimize for mutual company success and sales outcomes.

5+ years of experience successfully selling within the Multifamily industry, capital equipment, SaaS and/or subscription-based software sector(s) as an individual contributor, manager (or combination of both), with a record of achieving/exceeding goals.

A high level of comfort with consultative sales processes and technically-complex products and services.

A deep understanding of what it takes to prospect, engage, ramp, and manage early-stage channel/VAR/partner teams and their sales managers and enable them on an ongoing basis to achieve high levels of performance.
- Location for this position is flexible, with a preference for East-Coast based candidates. Candidates local to Charlotte, North Carolina are strongly encouraged to apply.
