The Sun Farmer’s Group was created specifically to deliver renewable energy solutions to the Agriculture market. Farmers are who we serve, nationwide. We have developed proprietary financial tools and solutions to make it for the first time, easy for Farmers to take advantage of the savings renewable energy can immediately deliver. We work with all Agriculture producers, with a specialization in Poultry Farmers, Hog Farmers and Dairy Farmers. The Sun Farmer’s Group believes that saving the planet is luxury, but saving your farm and business is a necessity. When we make renewable energy a financial win for a farmer, we all win together.

The Sun Farmer’s Group is seeking a regional sales representative with an existing relationship with local Agricultural producers to introduce our services to throughout South Carolina.

This Position Will Be Responsible For:

  • Actively calling and on a customer network within an assigned Territory.
  • Achieving annual sales goals within the assigned Territory.
  • Gathering Necessary information from potential construction sites.
  • Developing new customers and market segments in the area.
  • Researching and recommending new product opportunities.
  • Recording customer interactions in the Customer Resource Management (CRM) system
  • Learning Basic knowledge of local utility companies
  • Staying up to date on industry goings on within the state
  • In person site visits will be required

Requirements Include:

  • 2 years of experience calling on a customer network.
  • Experience within the agriculture industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to travel 90% of the time.
  • Proven Experience in sales
  • Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong understanding of the local Agriculture market.
  • Previous experience working in Sales.
  • Experience working with farm supply stores, farm equipment dealerships, or similar.
  • Previous renewable energy experience is a plus but not required
  • A desire to help your community and grow a piece of an organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00=$450,000.00+ per year

Compensation package:

  • Commission pay

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 90% travel

  • Driver's License (Required)
