As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will play a key role in our customer success strategy. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our existing clients, understanding their needs, and proactively identifying opportunities to maximize their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Retain customers that request to cancel an existing order
  • Analyze customer orders and stock levels to identify potential cancellation risks
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to proactively save customers from cancelling
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Provide personalized solutions and recommendations to address customer issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer escalations
  • Track and report on customer retention metrics and trends

What you bring to the team:

  • Previous experience in a customer service and sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools
  • High level of empathy and patience
  • Experience with Shopify

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Experience:

  • Customer retention: 3 years (required)

Language:

  • English fluently (required)
  • French fluently (required)
