Our Technical Sales Representative is a critical component to Exco’s day to day operations. They are the liaison between the clients and the production facility. They provide a communication to the client in regards to production, quality, technical recommendations, and customer satisfaction.

Job responsibilities:

1. Work with engineering to increase first run rates of extrusion dies through improved die design rules by analyzing customer feedback and performing root cause analysis.

2. Provide consistent feedback to customers regarding product information, designs, quality assurance and technical recommendations.

3. Serve as the liaison between the production plant (Engineers, Designers and Shop Operation Team) and the customers.

4. Make proactive calls (via in-person, phone, or video conferencing) to existing or prospect customers to establish and maintain key customer relationships.

Requirements:

2-4 years in providing customer service.
Experience in manufacturing setting is a plus.
Experience with Auto-CAD and reading blueprints is a plus.
Willing to travel to customers' sites when necessary.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and data analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
