It will be your mission to be the customer's advocate, to help them build the ideal solution and get them to maximize their enjoyment of our products. To achieve this objective, you must be willing to constantly learn about new products, new ways of working and how our new promotions work.

Job duties include but not limited to:

- Sell products and services to customers in a retail setting
- Use effective communication skills to engage with customers and provide product information
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and upselling additional products
- Operate cash registers and POS systems to process transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and sales events
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues

Skills:

- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Experience in electronics sales preferred, with knowledge of different electronic products
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and provide product information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction

Working with accuracy is very important. Ability to handle cash, use a computer to activate, do changes on customer's account and troubleshoot technical issues are a must. Having the ability to process orders with accuracy will be very important. Ideal candidate must have a burning desire to help and understand customers' needs. Be bilingual in Spanish and English. Have at least 6 months experience in retail sales or customer service. Detail minded and prone to work with accuracy. Ability to constantly learn about new products and store procedures. Have an understanding of Android and iPhone devices will be very helpful. Able to handle cash correctly and use a computer. Available to work evenings, holidays and weekends. Top performers will be on path to become Assistant Manager and Store Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
