About Us:

B Home Care is seeking a focused and adaptable Sales Representative to join our dynamic Home Care Leadership team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, and be able to handle a variety of tasks with precision. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in offering a wide range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients, empowering them to maintain independence and dignity with the help of our excellent staff.

Job Description:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with potential clients, including individuals in need of home care services, as well as healthcare professionals and community organizations. For this role, the Base salary ranges from $45,000 to $55,000. The primary objective will be to promote our services, produce leads, and ultimately drive sales growth. While this is a remote position, the Sales Representative must be in a centrally located in Tuscaloosa but able to travel to surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing CRM and organizing own schedule.
  • Prospect and generate leads through outbound sales activities.
  • Point person and company spokesman working with current and developing new referral partners.
  • Develop educational programs for our referral/sales goals.
  • Lead the marketing and sales strategy as well as in-person referral partner visits or webinars, supporting community events, providing convent to support our social media and web marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to Network and Develop meaningful partnerships through various venues and companies.
  • Drive revenue by increasing clients/hours of service.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Senior Living/Home Care Sales & Marketing
  • Medical certification or licensure preferred
  • Experience in cultivating and developing relationships and resources.
  • Ability to have a flexible schedule (required)
  • Experienced user in software programs including Microsoft Office and ability to learn quickly internal software platforms.

  • On Target Earnings with commission ranges from $90,000 to $110,000+
