Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information on vehicle features, benefits, and pricing to facilitate informed purchase decisions.
- Conduct test drives and guide customers through their buying journey with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for promoting new cars and special offers.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends, competitor offerings, and dealership products to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with customers.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- A genuine passion for cars and a solid understanding of automotive features and technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record to conduct test drives.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
