As a TSR at Superior Plus Propane, you'll step into a role where your primary mission is to leverage your exceptional consultative selling skills to identify and onboard new non-residential propane customers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Utilize your 3+ years of B2B selling experience to proactively seek and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Consultative Selling: Showcase your superpower in identifying and solving customer needs through a consultative sales approach. Understand the unique requirements of each customer and present Superior Plus Propane's products and services as tailored solutions.
  • Goal Achievement: Strive to achieve or exceed predefined sales goals and objectives. Your ability to drive results will be instrumental in the growth and success of Superior Plus Propane.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with potential customers. Be the face of Superior Plus Propane, fostering positive connections and representing our commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of B2B selling experience: Your proven track record in business-to-business sales is essential to succeed in this role.
  • Consultative Selling Skills: Demonstrate your ability to identify and address customer needs through a consultative approach, ensuring that Superior Plus Propane's offerings align seamlessly with client requirements.
