Inside Sales Representative
The role of an Inside Sales Representative is to help drive revenue growth by identifying and converting leads into satisfied customers. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have an ability to conduct product demonstrations for the various manufacturers we represent. The selected candidate will be responsible for understanding the client’s needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
Job Duties will include:
- Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements
- Service existing clients
- Effectively demonstrate product line
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers
- Prepare and present price quotes and proposals to potential customers based on their specific requirements.
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Post Secondary education in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related technical field
- Previous sales related experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- Highly organized
- Self-motivated
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Quick learner
