What you’ll do:
- Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Follow up with potential customers to provide additional information, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Confirm job details with customers, including scheduling, pricing, and any specific requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of leads and provide necessary information for successful job completion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and job confirmations in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize lead tracking and job confirmation processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues, escalating concerns when necessary, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of incoming calls and effectively track leads.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording customer information and job details.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of residential services and industry trends is a plus.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and building positive relationships with customers.
