National Account Executive I-III

Type of Position: Salaried / Exempt

Reports To: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

Provide exceptional service to DMC’s strategic customers in the designated region. (TX, OK, KS, NM, NE) The National Account Executive (NAE) will develop customer relationships, listen to customer needs, provide technical solutions, and educate them on the value of DMC tools in the marketplace. The NAE will assist in supporting in-territory training and tradeshows nationally as necessary.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop into a subject matter expert on DMC tooling
  • Establish and maintain exceptional relationships with strategic customers and industry stakeholders
  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers
  • Deliver on-site or remote product demonstrations and training
  • Prepare and present powerful and persuasive sales presentations that effectively promote DMC products
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s Business Development Strategy to ensure consistent revenue growth
  • Leverage innovative ways to capture market intelligence and communicate it to management
  • Develop and execute an annual territory growth plan
  • Travel within assigned territory to customer sites and out of territory to industry events as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2 years of technical sales experience required
  • Superior verbal, written, and face-to-face communication skills required
  • Project a professional and knowledgeable personal image required
  • CRM experience required
  • Ability to travel domestically to support training, trade shows, and customer visits required
  • Ability to analyze, explain, and solve problems with minimal or no direction required
  • Must be an expert collaborator and team player required
  • Strong MS Office Skills required
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once required
  • Possess an optimistic and “can do” attitude required

Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
