Compensation- $50,000 plus Bonus
Purpose & Scope:
Overall responsibility for leading a Marketing division responsible for delivering annual sales and operating Income goals in an ethical and compliant manner while driving significant annual growth in both. This role also ensures the successful launch of multiple new products in competitive marketplaces.
Required Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
· Proven in the area of digital product management and have a solid understanding of online revenue models, lead generation, local advertising, and search.
· Dynamic and results-oriented, moving quickly, while providing leadership and direction with excellent communication.

· Must be very comfortable with working knowledge of different systems/technologies
· Excellent project management skills

ABOUT THE JOB
· Reporting directly to our GM, this role offers an incredible opportunity for a seasoned marketing leader to take charge of marketing vision and strategy.
· We're seeking an individual who is passionate, data-driven, and ready to develop and scale innovative marketing initiatives across all channels, driving efficiency and lead generation.
· Collaboration with our Sales teams to meet Pipeline Generation goals will be a key aspect of this role as well.
Duties:
· Manage PR, Branding, Lead Generation (most important), New Product Launches, GTM strategy, Events
· Bring processes, people, and tech stack together to drive results
· Define marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives
· Manage and deliver integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring new prospects for qualification
· Work with third-party agencies and in-house teams to deliver positive ROI and conversion ratio across all channels
· Plan and oversee budget allocation to align with net bookings targets
· Stay informed about financial market trends to create engaging content and messages
· Equip frontline teams with effective go-to-market and sales enablement tools
Skills:
· Entrepreneurial + Builder + Leader
· Not a ticket taker/executer - someone to bring strategy and vision of marketing
· Analytical and data driven
· 5+ years of B2B or B2C marketing experience with specialization in Lead Generation and Digital Marketing
· In-depth knowledge of the sales and marketing technology landscape, with hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytical tools (Salesforce, MS Office)
· A Strong background in demand and lead generation
· Proven analytical mindset and skills in assessing campaign effectiveness, with the ability to identify what's working and what's not working
· Success in creating and executing marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth
· Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
· Comfort working autonomously and demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
