Job Description
Beacon Electric is interested in hiring a candidate that is familiar with business development for our electrical contracting company that specializes in electrical services/repairs, installations, and maintenance contracts.
Beacon Electric has been in business for over 40 years and we are planning to expand our territory. The new business development role would include the following but not limited to:
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including conducting sales presentations and negotiations
- Utilize our CRM software to track sales activities, pipeline, and client information
Note: The employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
