Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR) – National Roof Co.
Overview: We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fast-growing roofing company. The Business Development Manager identifies growth opportunities and builds relationships by developing strategic partnerships with local businesses, charities, and potential clients. The Business Development Manager drives NRC’s expansion through outreach into new markets, participating in local events, expanding NRC’s social media exposure, and helping to increase the company’s client base. Success is measured by increased revenue through targeted outreach and innovative sales strategies.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually
- Monthly Bonus: $1,500 if all daily activity targets are met
- Quarterly Revenue Bonuses:
- $3,000 for achieving quarterly revenue goals from managing existing relationships.
- $2,000 for achieving quarterly revenue goals from new relationships.
- Total Potential Yearly Earnings: Up to $98,000 - $113,000 with bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily meetings with new potential clients to foster new relationships.
- Engage in daily meetings with existing clients to nurture relationships and generate referrals.
- Complete outreach calls daily aimed at scheduling future meetings and obtaining referrals.
- Attend industry networking events monthly to expand business opportunities.
- Host client-facing events (lunch, dinner, presentation) per month to strengthen relationships and brand presence.
- Use CRM software for detailed tracking of all customer interactions, referral management, and revenue impact analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new business leads and support the onboarding process.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of business development or sales success.
- Experience in the roofing, construction, or related industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet and exceed activity targets and revenue goals.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
