Role Overview: As a Business Development Representative, you will have numerous opportunities to work your problem solver muscles as you grow and develop while supporting our various departments. Your role involves a blend of customer service, sales, logistics, product knowledge, leadership, purchasing, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Empathize with homeowners facing garage door issues and transform negative situations into positive, memorable experiences.
  • Sales: Understand our sales process to explain invoices and support field staff in live customer situations.
  • Logistics: Learn market areas by cities and zip codes to route technicians and prioritize lead types to maximize productivity.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our services and the latest technologies.
  • Leadership: Collaborate effectively with teammates and support the overall vision.
  • Purchasing: Assist in ordering and replenishing parts as needed, ensuring attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in our fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
