Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management and business development, with a passion for technology sales.

Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
  • Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and nurture relationships through effective communication.
  • Manage assigned territory by conducting regular visits to clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Deliver engaging product demos to showcase the benefits of our software offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to help shape product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management or direct sales, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong skills in lead generation and business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with territory management principles and the ability to effectively manage multiple accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations that highlight key features and benefits of software solutions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Los Angeles, CA 90039: Relocate before starting work (Required)
