**Summary:**

As a Retail Sales Rep, you'll be at the heart of our everyday operations. Your mission is crystal clear - deliver exceptional customer service, manage inventory efficiently, and help us attract and retain a solid customer base. Your job will be to sell additional products to customers as well as other customers that are looking for the products we offer.

**What can YOU expect?**

- Customer Service: Meeting customer needs and attracting new ones.
- Store Management: Keeping inventory updated and maintaining a clean, organized store.
- Marketing: Creating innovative ways to promote products and educate customers.
- Sales Support: Assisting the Sales Team with product information and research for customer requests.

**What qualifications do YOU have?**

- **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience:** Sales and Customer service experience is a plus.
- **Skills:** If you're organized, a great communicator, and proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office tools, we want to talk to you.
