We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to join our team at the Bell kiosk in Carrefour Laval.

As a Sales Representative in-store, your role will be to:

  • Provide personalized and high-quality customer service, from entering the store to after-sales service.
  • Research, identify customer needs, and offer the full range of Bell products and services such as mobility, residential services, small business services, and more!
  • Use different sales approaches and initiatives to optimize the sale of Bell/Virgin products and services and seize every business opportunity, while aiming to meet and exceed your goals!
  • Ensure you have product and service knowledge by actively participating in various training sessions.

Your profile:

  • You have at least one year of sales experience and/or experience in the telecommunications sector.
  • You are competitive and resourceful.
  • You have leadership skills.
  • The desire to succeed and achieve goals are motivating factors for you.
  • You quickly build trusting and lasting relationships with customers.
  • You have a thirst for learning and a desire to improve.
  • You are tenacious and persevering - Nothing beats the feeling of accomplishment in the end!
  • You have a positive attitude and your professionalism and work ethic are impeccable.
  • You are excited about working with technology.
  • You have experience or relevant training for the job - This is an asset!
  • You are available between 25 and 40 hours per week and your schedule is flexible (day/weekend).

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour

Scheduled hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
