Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $52,200 - $120,000 per year (with Commission)
  • Additional Pay: Bonus opportunities, commission pay

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative with a deep understanding of the firearms and shooting sports industry to join our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do:

As our Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will play a key role in growing our customer base and managing relationships with some of the most respected brands and stakeholders in the firearms industry. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure their needs are consistently met.
  • Sales Development: Actively pursue new business opportunities by engaging existing clients and seeking out new sales prospects. You’ll drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and maximizing profits.
  • Pricing & Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate pricing and close deals that benefit both our company and our clients.
  • Key Account Management: Work closely with key accounts and customer stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who understands their unique business needs.
  • Timely Deliveries & Follow-Up: Ensure the successful delivery of products and provide post-sale support, keeping customers informed on the progress of orders and addressing any concerns.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Prepare reports on account status, track key account metrics, and maintain detailed records of sales activity using HubSpot CRM software.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent AIM Outdoor Group at domestic and international trade shows, local events, and field testing opportunities. Occasional travel will be required to build relationships and showcase our products in person.

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:

  • Firearms Industry Experience: You bring a strong background in sales and a passion for the firearms & shooting sports industry. You understand the market and have a track record of success.
  • Sales Expertise: At least 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, with proven ability to manage multiple accounts, generate leads, and close deals.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. You’re able to connect with clients at all levels and present products with confidence.
  • Relationship Building: You excel at creating long-term, trusting relationships with clients and enjoy maintaining and growing key accounts.
  • Multitasking & Detail-Oriented: You are a pro at juggling multiple projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing high call volumes while processing orders and addressing inquiries.
  • Firearms Knowledge: Basic knowledge of firearms and firearms safety is required, and familiarity with firearms accessories is a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar software for managing sales activities, forecasts, and reporting.
  • Clean Criminal Record: As part of our commitment to safety and compliance, you must have a clean record and pass the DOJ COE process.
