Pulse Beverages, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative with a deep understanding of the beverage industry, particularly in the non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverage categories. This individual will play a critical role in driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building long-lasting relationships with key accounts in the San Diego region. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in the beverage industry and a proven track record of success in sales, distribution, and account management. Candidates without experience in the beverage industry need not apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the non-alcoholic beverage space.
- Account & Territory Management: Develop and manage relationships with key B2B clients such as bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and hospitality venues in San Diego and surrounding areas.
- Lead Generation & Business Development: Generate leads through industry networking, events, and outreach. Proactively pursue new accounts and sales opportunities.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Present and demonstrate the unique benefits of Pulse non-alcoholic beverages, showing how it fits into the premium drink market.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Negotiate contracts and terms with B2B clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Inside Sales: Partner with the inside sales and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met and strategies align with company objectives.
- Account Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, managing reorders, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven Beverage Industry Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in beverage sales, particularly with alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. Knowledge of both the craft beverage market and the growing zero-proof beverage category is a must.
- Territory Management Skills: Strong ability to manage sales territories effectively, focusing on building a strong local presence in the San Diego area.
- B2B Relationship Building: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term B2B relationships with decision-makers in bars, restaurants, and retail establishments.
- Sales & Negotiation Expertise: Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to close deals in a competitive market.
- Independent & Team Player: Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative sales environment.
- Account Management: Prior experience in account management and building ongoing client relationships is a plus.
- Passion for the Industry: A passion for both the non-alcoholic beverage movement and the future of sober socializing.
