The Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will receive training in our systems to qualify candidates and have significant bonus potential based on the quality of those candidates. In addition, we offer one of the most aggressive commission structures in the industry, allocating 50% of the commission to business development efforts.

Growth Path And Compensation

Once fully trained and certified, BDRs can progress toward advanced sales, management, or closing roles. Our 6-12 month sales and leadership development curriculum will parallel your growth within the position and company.

  • Paid Training: $3,000 - $7,000 over the first two months
  • BDR Earnings: $4,000 - $10,000/month plus bonuses
  • BDR Manager Earnings: $8,000 - $25,000/month plus bonuses
  • Solar Advisor Earnings: $12,000 - $25,000/month plus bonuses

  • The New Hire Bonus, also referred to as the New Rep Commission or Combine Pay, is earned over the course of the sales representative's first five weeks of employment upon completion of specific requirements and is not guaranteed.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
