Job Description:
As an Account Executive, you’ll be the face of our company, driving growth and building strong relationships with new and existing clients. Your role involves traveling to customer locations, understanding their unique needs, and offering tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. With your expertise in HVAC systems and maintenance programs, you’ll identify new business opportunities, craft personalized proposals, and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
You’ll work closely with our Inside Sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and use CRM tools to stay organized and track your progress. Your goal is to generate new business, manage existing accounts, and achieve sales targets through strategic forecasting and follow-ups. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, you’ll handle service quotes, manage smaller projects, and ensure smooth transitions when working with our Project Managers.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Travel to visit potential and existing customers, bringing your energy and enthusiasm to each interaction. Your goal is to forge strong bonds and create opportunities for success.
· Use your expertise to guide customers in finding the perfect HVAC solutions and maintenance programs. Your ability to listen and consult will help them feel valued and understood.
· You’re adept at spotting and qualifying new business opportunities, using your creativity and resourcefulness to turn leads into successful partnerships.
· Leverage our CRM tools to stay organized and on top of your sales process. Your attention to detail ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
· Work closely with the Inside Sales Representative (ISR), fostering a collaborative spirit to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales together.
· Take charge of generating tailored replacement proposals for your portfolio. Your thoughtful approach will make a lasting impression on our clients.
· Efficiently handle service repair quotes and follow up on pending proposals, showing your commitment to addressing client needs and converting opportunities.
· Navigate the handoff of projects to the Project Manager with ease, ensuring a smooth transition and continued customer satisfaction.
· Regularly pull and analyze system reports to uncover additional sales opportunities, using your insights to drive growth.
· Stay focused on your personal sales goals, providing clear and insightful monthly reports on sales volume, new accounts, revenue, and more.
· Your ability to forecast sales and manage expectations will be key to your success and the growth of our business.
· Act as the main point of contact for smaller projects, guiding them from request through to completion with your exceptional organizational skills.
Qualifications:
· 5-10 years of sales experience in HVAC, or a similar industry
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· You must have prior success finding, qualifying, and closing new business, primarily through cold calls and self-generated leads
· Must have a successful track record in customer growth and relationship management
· Ability to think independently; self-started: results driven
· You must be an intelligent, creative problem solver
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally
· Regularly sit, walk, bend, lift, twist the upper body, stretch, and stand for incremental periods of time.
· Must be able to travel
Job Type: Full-time, Exempt
Pay: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 plus Commission
Schedule:
· 7:00 am-6:00 pm availability
· Monday to Friday
· May be required to come in early or stay late to accommodate special opportunities.
