Qualifications

  • Successful previous experience as a roofing sales representative or roofing sales manager
  • Committed to furthering roofing industry knowledge
  • Proven ability to drive the entire sales process
  • Strong business Acumen and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people/time management skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs & climb roofs/ladders
  • Some Travel Required
  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Raleigh, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion Ready
  • Daily ownership of training, coaching, and monitoring sales reps
  • Build and encourage strong customer relationships
  • Present weekly/monthly results to leadership
  • Ensure the team has the knowledge to provide education to homeowners about roof components, current structure status, and company offerings
  • Generate personal sales pipeline and obtain referrals
  • Ensure client satisfaction
  • Prepare proposals and estimates through the use of roofing software
  • Encourage clients to rate client experience via social media
