Job Description

Title: Customer Success Manager

Location – Vancouver, BC (Hybrid Environment 3 days in office)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and customer-focused individual to join our Sales team as a Customer Success Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships and driving retention and expansion within our client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building, and maintaining strong relationships to understand their needs and goals.
  • Proactively engage with delivery managers to own & drive renewals, revives old accounts, expansions of existing accounts and net new acquisitions for non-targeted accounts
  • Proactively engage with clients to provide guidance, support, and solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs with any account over 500K to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive value-added managed staffing services.
  • Track and analyse customer engagement metrics, identify trends, and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide demonstrations and training sessions to prospects as needed, ensuring they fully understand our capabilities to achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' offerings to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Min 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a sales or customer success capacity for a data consulting service organization.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Experience working with HubSpot CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range: The base salary for this position ranges from $60,000/year up to $90,000/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
