Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue Operations Specialist with expert-level knowledge of HubSpot to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring our revenue operations are seamless, efficient, and effectively integrated across marketing, sales, and support departments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, ready to dive into data, processes, and systems to drive growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize our use of HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration with our sales, marketing, and support operations.
- Manage and maintain the CRM and marketing automation platforms, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and lead management processes are optimized for peak performance.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to align goals, processes, and systems, ensuring a cohesive revenue operation strategy.
- Analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics, delivering regular insights to the leadership team.
- Implement and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within HubSpot and related systems, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a B2B software company.
- Expertise in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Automation, with certification(s) highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Self-starter with a hands-on approach and a strong desire to contribute to the success of the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: $45,792.79 - $120,000.00 per year
