Job Description

Today, Adfast is a privately held company with nearly 150 employees and 11 offices.

Adfast is currently seeking a Sales Representative in Georgia!

Main tasks and responsibilities :

- Hunt, Develop and grow new and existing accounts by executing proper sales strategies;

- Identify, manage and follow up on leads received through trade shows, events, referrals and from the business development agents;

- Travel outside of local area to meet clients and to seek new business opportunities

- Ensure an excellent technical support to all our current customers;

- Provide on site presentations, demonstrations and products testing and provide training to customers and customers teams when needed;

- Ensure that any client account issues are dealt with in an efficient and amicable manner;

- Set and track sales target for your territory;

- Properly document any future sales opportunities to ensure a proper planification of operations to meet client needs;

Qualifications & desired skills :

- Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in Sales

- Have experience in the sealant/adhesive market (a great asset)

- Able to well communicate in English AND Spanish

- Excellent customer service skills

- Excellent ability to build relationships with client quickly

- Have analytical and problem-solving skills

- Self-driven and highly motivated in growing their business

- Independent and proactive in taking initiatives
