Position Overview:As a Sales Associate, you'll support the sales team in generating leads and facilitating the solar adoption process for customers. This position is ideal for entry-level professionals interested in gaining experience in the solar industry. You’ll assist with customer inquiries, support the scheduling of consultations, and participate in various outreach activities to promote solar energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and qualifying prospective customers.
- Preparing documentation, gathering necessary client information, and scheduling client meetings.
- Answering client questions, providing product details, and addressing inquiries to build customer interest in solar energy solutions.
- Coordinate with your Sales Team to help meet sales targets and track progress, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy solutions.
- Schedule consultations and follow up with potential clients.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Proactively engage with local communities and potential clients through direct outreach to generate leads and increase awareness of our solar solutions.
- Develop a strong presence in target neighborhoods, connecting with homeowners and helping them understand the benefits of renewable energy options.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Comfortable with technology and using CRM tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Background in sales or customer service; experience in the solar industry is a plus, minimum 1 years experience
