Responsibilities of the B2B Sales Representative:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Understanding clients in order to assess potential up-sale opportunities
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Create sales presentations and orientations for prospective and newly on boarded clients
  • Preparation of invoices and quotas, as well as the collection of deposits and outstanding balances from clientele
  • Visiting potential and existing clients to up-sell new product launches, gathering information on quality of service provided, and maintaining rapport
  • The B2B Sales Representative will also be responsible for creating and submitting reports on a consistent basis (weekly and monthly reports)

The qualities that the ROCKSTAR B2B Sales Representative should have are:

  • A strong ability to identify additional opportunities where an up-sell can occur
  • Strong ability to negotiate and be a strong representative of the brand
  • Proven sales experience in B2B or DTC sales
  • Experience with a CRM, Salesforce or similiar
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious
  • Driven by higher earning potential related to commissions

Compensation Package:

  • $40,000 - $42,000 Base Salary
  • Estimated Bonuses - $25,000 - $35,000
  • Total Year One Compensation Estimate: $65,000 - $75,000

Hours

  • Monday To Friday
  • 9 am - 5 pm
  • 40 Hours Per Week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
