Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct sales activities to achieve sales targets and ensure meeting or exceeding the company's sales performance indicators.
2. Proactively visit potential clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions related to products or services.
3. Responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, handling inquiries, complaints, and issues, and providing timely solutions.
4. Assist clients in completing orders, signing contracts, and track the progress of orders, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer requirements.
5. Analyze market demand and competitive situations, develop sales plans and strategies, explore new clients, and expand market share.
6. Regularly report sales situations, market dynamics, and customer feedback to the sales manager, propose improvement suggestions, and develop corresponding sales promotion plans.
7. Participate in company-organized sales training and activities, continuously improve sales skills and business proficiency.
8. Collaborate with other departments to achieve the company's sales goals and tasks.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Excellent sales skills and communication abilities, capable of establishing good relationships with clients and achieving sales targets.
3. Proficient in market analysis and sales strategy formulation, able to understand market demand and competitive situations, and develop corresponding sales plans.
4. Strong learning ability and teamwork spirit, able to adapt to rapidly changing market environments and work pressure.
5. Strong resilience and execution ability, able to effectively handle various challenges and problems with a positive attitude.
6. Relevant industry sales experience is preferred.
7. Good command of English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing, able to communicate fluently with domestic and international clients.
8. Proficient in using office software and sales management systems, with certain digital sales skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
