Location: Hawthorne, CA (Hybrid/ Remote)

We're looking for an enthusiastic Fitness Equipment Inside Sales Dynamo to join our high-energy team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and a proven track record of success in both B2B and B2C sales environments. This role will involve offering a range of fitness equipment to both businesses (gyms, fitness centers, hotels, etc.) and residential consumers. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.
  • Execute 50-125 outbound calls daily to generate new leads
  • Identify and qualify potential B2B and B2C customers, understanding their unique needs and requirements related to fitness equipment.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our fitness equipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions and proposals that meet the specific needs of each customer.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including customer service, logistics, and operations, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction, address any concerns or issues, and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Experience in connecting / selling to multi-unit or new home build developers is highly desirable.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in inside/phone sales
  • General knowledge & experience with commercial fitness equipment (personal training / fitness instructor experience a plus)
  • Proven track record of pipeline development and closing sales
  • Solid time management skills and organization
  • Strong relationship building skills when working with customers, prospects and internal colleagues
  • A growth mindset, self starter and a self learner
  • A thorough understanding of the sales process, and ability to progress and quarterback complex sales cycles
  • Impactful and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to adapt to a rapid & constantly changing environment
  • The drive to contribute, grow and make an impact on a rapidly growing department and company

Job Type: Full-time (incl at least 1 weekend shift). Hybrid/Remote.

Salary: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 +per year

Base + Commission - Up to six sigures and beyond!
