Job Title: Business to Business Internet Services Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our sales team as a Business to Business Internet Services Sales Representative. This role involves generating new business opportunities, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting in the sales process, specifically targeting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Reach out to potential SMB customers via phone, email, and social media to schedule sales appointments and follow up on leads.
- Sales Support: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the needs of SMBs to achieve business objectives.
- Lead Management: Enter and manage leads in our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and tracking of customer interactions.
- Product Knowledge: Educate SMB customers on our internet services, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages specific to their business needs.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities within the SMB sector to inform sales strategies.
- Sales Closure: Demonstrate strong closing skills to convert leads into sales, consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas. First call close is the standard.
- Quota Achievement: Proactively work to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using CRM software, basic knowledge of internet services, and strong organizational skills.
- Experience: Previous sales experience, especially within the SMB sector, is a plus but not required. We provide training to help you succeed in this role.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: Competitive base salary.
- Commission: Heavily commission-based with uncapped earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn.
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives and bonuses for top performers.
- Expected Total Compensation: $35,000 - $120,000+
Work Environment:
- Office Setting: Work in a dynamic office environment with opportunities for growth and development.
- Field Work: Most sales activity will happen on video conference and telephone, but up to 30% of time may be spent meeting in person with prospective customers.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
