Spanish Bilingual Insurance Representative
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual in Spanish Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Market and sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop leads and establish new client relationships through networking and referrals
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and create customized insurance solutions
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on insurance products, coverage, and policy changes
- Assist clients with claims processing and policy renewals
- Maintain client records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Skills:
-Speak Spanish and English expertly
- Proficient in benefits administration and understanding different insurance products
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client populations
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure competitive insurance rates for clients
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
