We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to identify potential customers and effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
Duties
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and establish new client relationships.
- Manage sales activities within assigned territories, ensuring coverage and engagement with potential customers.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales progress, manage customer interactions, and analyze data for strategic decision-making.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including attending industry events and networking opportunities to promote our offerings.
- Upsell existing clients by identifying additional needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
- Previous experience with upselling techniques and negotiation skills is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage leads and track performance metrics.
