Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate membership agreements
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and current members
- Utilize sales techniques to meet or exceed membership sales goals
- Collaborate with marketing team to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure member satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress
Skills:
- Proven experience in account management and sales, preferably in a membership-based organization
- Strong ability to perform outside sales activities, including cold calling and networking
- Proficiency in technology sales, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of digital products and services
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, as it will allow for effective communication with a diverse customer base
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and address member needs
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data and identify trends or opportunities for business development
