Flamingo Floodworks is making a splash in the water remediation business and looking for someone who: enjoys contributing in any way possible, is good-natured with a smile in her/his voice, likes organization but is reasonable, engages quickly with technology, brings enthusiasm to the office, enjoys learning new things, likes solving problems, understands what work-in-progress means, and wants to be part of a small, but energetic team that plans to grow and dominate the Dallas market.

Responsibilities: Revenue is the lifeline of every business. As Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of Flamingo Floodworks.

You are responsible for generating sales from apartment complexes, small office and retail buildings, real estate professionals, insurance agents, plumbers, and other avenues. Additionally, a steady volume of jobs can be made by making friends throughout the neighborhood by associating with local chambers, meetups, and digital marketing outlets. .

Qualificationsare undetermined but we'll know 'em when we see 'em! In our experience, character traits are more important than "qualifications." In fact, they're the only thing that matter to us.

The BDM will start at $15/hour and earn a 5% commission for all business brought in by the BDM.
