Express Employment Professionals is teaming up with a local food manufacturer that is looking an energetic and adaptable Coordinator who will directly support our clients lead executives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy inputting data information, developing and populating excel spreadsheets, tracking and organizing Sales information and are comfortable with technology, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Team Coordination: Assist a small but busy National Team, fostering collaboration and driving efficiencies. Support the Director in the overall communications strategy across the business as well as coordinate planning of internal/external events, trade shows, meetings.
Strategic Insight: Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other Leaders of the Organization and their teams.
Tech-Savvy: Adapt quickly to new software and programs. Fluency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Word. Net Suite background is a plus.
Go over and above to provide an exceptional customer experience to all constituents - prospects, clients, and employees. Be readily available to connect all individuals to the appropriate person for help and go out of your way to provide assistance, even if it is outside the realm of responsibility.
Make all employees feel important, valued, and respected while managing access to the Leadership team. Keep your eyes and ears open for exceptional successes. Assist the Director in proactively thinking of ways to demonstrate appreciation such as recognizing birthdays, anniversaries, or a job well done.
Facilitate strong working relationships with the leadership team. Identify and do “the little things” that make a big difference.
